Transparency Portal

The Casa África Consortium, with the aim of facilitating information about its activity that may be of interest to citizens, has created this "Transparency Portal" making available to the public, in a centralised manner, all the information subject to the obligation of active advertising, provided for in Spanish Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, along with other additional information that has been considered of special relevance.

Without prejudice to the content of this Transparency Portal, some of the information included in it also appears in other sections of this website in accordance with its structure and organisation.

Law 19/2013 also establishes the right of access to public information, its limits and how to exercise it. Within the scope of the Casa África Consortium, this right will be exercised through the corresponding section within this portal.

According to Order PRE/1590/2016, of 3 October, published in the «BOE» num. 241, of 5 October 2016, public participation in Casa África's regulatory drafting processes that are currently open:

Information requests

Any natural o legal person may request access to public information, in compliance with the right of access to public information as set out in Spanish Law 19/2013, of 9 December, of transparency, access to public information and good governance. This right guarantees the posibility of carrying out consultations about data and public information.

The right of access may be limited in the cases contemplated by the Sapnish Law in its articles 14 y 15. Among others: National Security, Defense, Economic and monetary policy, for the protection of personal data, etc.


Why is it necessary to identify oneself?

Excersising the Right of Access opens and administrative procedure with the administration that requires the identification of the applicant.
