Perpetua John Bilinzozi
Principal ICT Officer IIPerpetua John Bilinzozi es Principal ICT Officer II en el College of Social Sciences de la Universidad de Dar es Salaam. Posee un máster en Ingeniería Electrónica e Informática y más de diez años de experiencia en el ámbito de las TIC. Ha trabajado en sistemas financieros, plataformas de e‑learning, seguridad, redes y entornos Windows Server. Sus intereses se centran en la educación digital y el uso de tecnologías para mejorar el aprendizaje. Participó en proyectos como MRPP e‑Case y en la organización de la Tanzania Oil and Gas Conference.
Perpetua John Bilinzozi is Principal ICT Officer II at the College of Social Sciences, University of Dar es Salaam. She holds a Master’s degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering and has over ten years’ experience in the field of ICT. She has worked on financial systems, e-learning platforms, security, networks and Windows Server environments. Her interests lie in digital education and the use of technology to enhance learning.
