Njala University

Established in 1964, Njala University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Freetown (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Western Area. This institution also has a branch campus in Bo City and Njala. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education of Sierra Leone, Njala University (NU) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational Sierra Leonean higher education institution. Njala University (NU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
