África en Movimiento is a Casa África initiative that aims to promote the presence of African stage arts in Spain and the mutual knowledge of African and Spanish artists and choreographers. It was established to allow the creation of this type of piece and the possibility of offering African choreographers a suitable space for training, and to allow exchanges between African and Spanish artists.
The artistic residencies at the Centro Coreográfico de La Gomera host creators for short periods, giving them the opportunity to work, learn and display their work, at its current stage in the process, to audiences in San Sebastián de La Gomera.
