Our mission is to bring Africa and Spain closer
Through outreach, educational, economic, and cultural activities, we foster mutual understanding and strengthen Hispanic African relations.
The Gran Canaria Summit serves as a bridge between female entrepreneurs from Africa, America and Europe and presents a unique opportunity to support the ecosystem of regional entrepreneurship.
It aims to give international visibility to projects and startups launched by women, university students and entrepreneurs from the Canary Islands, with the support of the Heroikka Association, Casa África, the US Embassy and the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Attendance at the 3-day event is free, but you must register to reserve a place since capacity is limited.
The events of the Gran Canaria Summit will take place in various venues: they will begin at Casa África on Wednesday 22 May, continue on Thursday 23 May in the auditorium of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) and end on Friday 24 May in the Elder Building.
