Through outreach, educational, economic, and cultural activities, we foster mutual understanding and strengthen Hispanic African relations.
Since 2011 when the Department of Culture of the Town Hall of Tuineje created the 1st Clown Festival of Fuerteventura, the forecasts for attendance and expectations for the entertainment have grown year after year and in 2014 this will involve more than 30 clowns which will come from three continents.
Parades, live performances, and not forgetting the solidary part of Tran Tran, with visits to the General Hospital of Fuerteventura, the Home for the Elderly of Casillas de Ángel and the Insular Residential Centre for the Disabled.
Casa África collaborates with the festival this year with the programming of the performances by Payaso Afrikito, which is brought to life by the artist Primo José Nanabaha, from Equatorial Guinea.
