Ciclo de cine sobre LGTB en África

Casa África is collaborating with the Gamá collective by organising a film season on LGTB in Africa as part of the activities proposed for celebrating LGBT pride in Gran Canaria.

Once again, the Gamá collective is organising the activities and events for LGTB Pride in Gran Canaria. The Espacio Visible (Visible Space), a cultural programme in parallel to the LGTB Pride events and in which residents from throughout the island participate, includes art exhibits, films, conferences, round tables, music, dance and theatre.

Casa África collaborates in this space of freedom by contributing a film season on the LGTB reality in Africa with a total of 8 documentary short films what will be shown for free on June 20, starting at 8:00 pm, in the Miller Building at Santa Catalina Park.

In addition to this film season, Gamá proposes a wide array of activities from June 17 - 26, which may be consulted in the attached programme.
