África en Alicante a través del cine

MedicusMundi Alicante has organised this African film season by the hand of Cinenómada. A colloquium/debate will be fostered after each of the films, because although Africa has always attracted Europe´s attention, it is a neighbouring continent that is very different from our reality.

With this film season, Medicus Mundi aims to bring other African realities closer to the people of Alicante to prevent having this great continent be forgotten, as well as to attempt to break the negative and pessimistic image we have of it. Because Africa is also life, light, joy, and opportunities with which we can share challenges and objectives.

This film season will take place from March 10th to April 14th at 20:00 in the Sede Universitaria (except for the last showing, which will be at the Colegio de Médicos). Admission is free.
