Exposición: "Dakar, una mirada"

On its 10^th anniversary, Casa África is organising its own photo exhibition to celebrate the ten-year journey of the institution alongside its citizens.     

The photo exhibition brings together a selection of images that best represent the past 10 years and the different fields in which Casa África has worked: public, economic, cultural and digital diplomacy.

Photos of African and Spanish figures whom we have put in contact over the past 10 years; samples of our literature, essay, history and politics collections; a small selection of photos chosen from thousands of photographs that we have received through the eight editions of our competition Objetivo África; photos of the concerts in our Vis a Vis programme both in Africa and in Spain, etc.

These are some of the sections making up this exhibition that is part of the public and cultural diplomacy activities that Casa África schedules and that seek to foster mutual knowledge and respect between Spain and Africa, always committing to culture as the driving force of a society.

Entry to the exhibition is free of charge, like all the exhibitions we hold.

The exhibition is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6.30pm apart from the week of 14^th to 27^th August, when the head office closes for holidays.
