Campaña 'África en los fogones. Conoce África a través de su gastronomía'

Casa África supports this CEAR- Habitáfrica Foundation campaign that will organise awareness and training activities throughout 2011. The initiative´s presentation will take place at the Casa África headquarters on April 6th at 17:00.

The 'Africa in the Kitchen' project contributes towards increasing Canarian awareness through African gastronomy workshops with African chefs. On another hand, it promotes the employment of African chefs, who will receive specific training in gastronomy animation, as well as in entrepreneurial activities.
The lines of action of this campaign primarily coincide with the objectives set by the 'African Gastronomy Corner' initiative that was promoted by Casa África in 2010 (the first edition was part of Africa Vive).
