Exhibitions: discover the artistic creation of the African continent in Casa África's galleries
Committed to making known the rich artistic that emerges in Africa and that rarely reaches international circuits, Casa África makes the galleries of its headquarters available to contemporary creators from the neighbouring continent who want to use this space to show their work to the rest of the world.
Painting, sculpture, photography, video creation and other plastic, visual and urban arts have a place in this space that offers to the interested public, always free of charge, a permanent sample of all the good and great works created in Africa.

Migraciones en la frontera sur de Europa
41 photographs by Juan Medina documenting events of the last 20 years on Europe's southern border. They show the drama of migratory movements in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and in the waters of the central Mediterranean, where tens of thaousands of people have risked theirs lives seeking a future for themselves and the families they left behind.

Background Casa África. Sculptures
Casa África's sculpture collection is composed by forty-four pices acquired in September 2007 from the society of Los Misioneros de África, known as Los Padres Blancos.
The pieces that make up Casa África's collection come from different ethnic groups. This diversity enriches the plastic language of each work, which is connected to the with African lifestyles, costums, traditions, rites and beliefs.
