The Competition Rules of the 2014 Ceiba Awards explain to film-makers from Guinea the conditions for participation and selection of the films in the competition.

FECIGE is a travelling Film Festival which rotates through different towns of Equatorial Guinea (part on the continent and part on the islands) in the search for a less commercial cinema. School screenings, outdoor cinema, workshops, lectures and other cultural activities will make up this annual film event that fills the squares and streets of the cities of Equatorial Guinea with cinema.
