Once again, this year Casa África is helping to organise this meeting which is promoted by the Fuerteventura Chamber of Commerce. Also collaborating are the Government of the Canary Islands (through Proexca and the Technological Institute of the Canary Islands, ITC) and the Fuerteventura Island Council, among other entities.

Africagua is a biennial international meeting focused on water and renewable energies. It is a forum that brings together the private and public sectors to seek and develop opportunities in the countries of West Africa.

This business forum on water and renewable energies will be held on 6 and 7 November 2017 on the island of Fuerteventura (Canary Islands - Spain), specifically in the Training and Congress Centre at Calle Eliseo Gomez Ordoñez, 3 in Puerto del Rosario.

At this international meeting, private companies and the public sector can learn about the opportunities that exist in Africa and the general needs in the areas of ​​Water and Renewable Energy. Ten African countries will attend AFRICAGUA2017 to present and explain their needs. They will also report on the improvements and technological knowledge they are applying in the fields of Water and Clean Energy.

Africagua2017 will host B2B meetings, workshops, round tables, seminars and exhibitions that will show the opportunities available in Africa. AFRICAGUA is a meeting point for international, national, regional and local organizations and authorities from different countries, specifically in sub-Saharan Africa.
