AFRICAGUA 2012. International Meeting of Water and Alternative Energy Sources

25th and 26th October 2012 Fuerteventura
Seminario: El sector cárnico en África subsahariana. Barcelona. 23/09/2013

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Fuerteventura, taking into account the great potential and know how of companies on the Island in the water and alternative energy sector, once again organises this International Meeting: Africagua Canarias.

Africagua Canarias is an international business meeting about alternative energies associated to water. Whilst this event is held workshops will also be carried out, together with round tables, speeches and a demonstration of successful case studies of Spanish companies, which will give businesses a broad understanding of the opportunities the sector offers.

Africagua Canarias' main aim is to report the opportunities presented by the African continent for projects associated to water, as well as putting into contact companies from different areas, by demonstrating the Canary Islands potential in this matter. Africagua Canarias hopes to be an event that will be a reference in alternative energy sources associated to water, where not only companies from different parts of the archipelago will attend but also those from all over the world.

Africagua Canarias 2012 will be held on the 25th and 26th October and in this new edition will include people in charge of International Organisations such as the World Bank and United Nations, who carry out projects on water and alternative energy sources in Africa. Companies who wish can take part in the workshop with these organisations and therefore get to know the successful business case studies and industry news.
