Del 5 al 17 de abril 2010 en Cantabria

During nearly two weeks, and with the support of Casa África, Cantabria will be closer to this continent that is constantly full of spirituality, joy, colour and hope, despite the problems that it faces.

Africalia is not a showcase of African culture, but rather a meeting between those that are from here and from there, in order to get to know each other, enrich ourselves with the exchange, and face the future together. The AFRICALIA 2010 programme will include activities related to film, theatre, music, exhibits, football and workshops. Casa África will collaborate along with the Cinenómada (FCAT) programme for the content of the African film festival, which will be shown from April 5 to 11 in the following halls:

  • Filmoteca Regional de Cantabria (Cantabria Regional Film Library). C/ Bonifaz, 6. Santander
  • Aula de Cultura de Langre (Langre Cultural Hall). C/ Usera, 19. Langre
  • Biblioteca Municipal Jerónimo Arozamena de Sarón (Jerónimo Arozamena de Sarón Municipal Library). Urb. San Lázaro, 4, 2. Sarón

The following films will be shown:
